If you’d like to cancel your order:
Contact us right away with your order number. The fastest way is to email [email protected] or click the Contact Us link on this page.
Our team will check if your order is still in processing. Because we ship quickly, we can’t guarantee cancellation once the order has been sent to the warehouse—but we’ll try our very best.
If we’re not able to cancel in time, don’t worry. You can still use our free 30-day return policy once your package arrives.
Good to know
Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Refunds for successfully cancelled orders are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
