Overview
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from Harmonix.
This email includes everything you need to follow your delivery, including your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
You can also track your order anytime directly from our tracking portal:

How to Track Your Shipment
Open your shipping confirmation email.
Select the tracking number or the link provided.
You’ll be redirected to the carrier’s tracking page, where you can view the most up-to-date delivery status and estimated arrival date.
Alternatively, visit our Tracking Page and enter your order details to check progress.
Things to Know
Tracking activation: It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to activate your tracking number after the shipping email is sent.
Delayed updates: If tracking doesn’t update immediately, check back later — carriers sometimes take additional time to scan items in transit.
No movement after 48 hours: If it’s been more than 48 hours with no update or movement, please contact us so we can look into it for you.
