The LCD Charging Case adds an interactive display with extra controls. Here are answers to the most common questions and issues.
1. My LCD screen won’t turn on, what should I do?
First-time use: the case ships in shutdown mode. You must activate it:
Plug in with a USB-C cable to charge, or
Long-press the multifunction button for 5 seconds.
If unresponsive: long-press the button for 8 seconds to power on from shutdown.
2. The screen turns off by itself — is that normal?
Yes. The screen will automatically shut off after 30 seconds of inactivity to save power.
You can also manually turn it off by pressing the multifunction button once.
3. How do I wake up the display?
Open the case lid, or
Tap the screen when it’s off, or
Press the multifunction button once.
4. I can’t unlock the screen
Slide to the right to unlock from the lock screen.
5. What extra features does the LCD case have?
The screen lets you:
Control music (last, play/pause, next)
Adjust volume (0–16 levels)
Switch sound modes (Music / Movie / Game)
Change EQ (Normal, Rock, Pop, Classic, Jazz)
Set a timer/alarm (5, 10, 30, 60 minutes)
Adjust brightness
Change language for the interface
Use Find My Earphone (earbuds emit sound until stopped)
Turn on a flashlight (screen glows bright white)
6. Find My Earphone isn’t working
Tap L/R to choose which earbud to locate.
Tap Start – the earbud will beep.
Tap Stop to end the alert.
⚠️ Earbuds must be powered on and within Bluetooth range.
7. Timer/Alarm doesn’t work
Make sure you’ve set a countdown time (5, 10, 30, or 60 minutes). Without setting, the timer won’t start.
8. TikTok or Camera control isn’t responding
These features only work when connected to your phone via Bluetooth:
TikTok page flip/like works only with the TikTok app. Some phones may not be compatible.
Camera shutter works only with your phone’s built-in camera app. Third-party apps may not support it.
⚠️ If these don’t work on your device, it’s a compatibility issue — the case itself is not defective.
9. The case is frozen / screen unresponsive
Try a force restart:
Long-press the multifunction button for 10 seconds until the screen shows the startup screen.
This helps if the system crashes.
10. Can I use the LCD case with any cable?
Yes. You can use the included USB-A to USB-C cable, or any certified USB-C charging cable with a safe adapter.
11. General care & safety tips
Avoid moisture — the case is not waterproof.
Store and charge between 0–40 °C.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
Recharge after long periods of storage.
