Earbuds not showing in Bluetooth list
Make sure LEDs are flashing white/blue
Toggle Bluetooth off/on on your phone
Stay within 10 m of your device
Charge earbuds and case, then retry
Only one earbud working
Put both earbuds in the case for 10 sec, then remove together
Still not syncing? Press both earbuds 5 times to reset
App doesn’t detect earbuds
Pair earbuds in your phone’s Bluetooth settings first
Ensure internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is active
If you reset pairings, re-bind in the app
Translation not working
Tap the green mic to activate
Confirm correct source/target languages
Pause any music apps running in the background
