Earbuds not showing in Bluetooth list

  • Make sure LEDs are flashing white/blue

  • Toggle Bluetooth off/on on your phone

  • Stay within 10 m of your device

  • Charge earbuds and case, then retry

Only one earbud working

  • Put both earbuds in the case for 10 sec, then remove together

  • Still not syncing? Press both earbuds 5 times to reset

App doesn’t detect earbuds

  • Pair earbuds in your phone’s Bluetooth settings first

  • Ensure internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is active

  • If you reset pairings, re-bind in the app

Translation not working

  • Tap the green mic to activate

  • Confirm correct source/target languages

  • Pause any music apps running in the background
